Opinion
Technically has a low minimum redemption with a bunch of small purchases and no minimum if paying with PayPal (you just won’t earn 2% back on the portion you pay with rewards). The $500 minimum spending requirement really doesn’t get any lower for this type of card. Too bad it has a 3% foreign transaction fee.
