Opinion
A really strong 5% cash back card, but its strength is mostly limited to cell phone, electricity, internet, and TV bills. This card does require enrollment in the 5% categories every quarter, so keep an eye out for the email from U.S. Bank every three months or so. Elan Financial (also owned by U.S. Bancorp) offers the Max Cash Preferred (which is very similar except with a $150 sign-up bonus and no expiration date on cash back) as part of its credit card portfolio.
